About The Inside Track

With over 30 years’ experience across leadership, business, sport, and organisational health, Richard brings a practical, real-world perspective to resilience, shaped by working with people in high-pressure and high-performance environments.

He supports individuals, whether that be within the NDIS ecosystem, helping build everyday capacity, or athletes during periods of competition, adjustment and change.

Richard’s approach draws on the Driven resilience framework alongside his own LifeForce Performance Model, giving clients simple, structured ways to understand how they respond under pressure and how to strengthen it.

Alongside his professional work, Richard has completed youth mentor training with the Raise Foundation, supporting young people to build confidence and emotional resilience during critical life stages.

He is passionate about helping people move through challenge — not by avoiding adversity, but by developing the capability to meet it, adapt and grow.

The Inside Track partners with several organisations and utilises materials developed by them with express or otherwise implied permissions. Throughout all programs run by The Inside Track we acknowledge these resources where applicable.

The value add of The Inside Track is the delivery of programs by these partners at a local level, thus leveraging the combined power of these models and lived experience of the facilitator.

Driven - Accreditation

Richard is a Certified Resilience Coach (CReC), accredited through Hello Driven. His training is grounded in the scientifically validated PR6 resilience model, combining neuroscience with practical coaching tools to help clients better understand how they respond to pressure and build the skills needed to adapt, grow and move forward with confidence.

Driven - Assessments

Richard integrates the PR6 (Predictive 6 Factor) resilience assessment with the Driven App to deliver a structured and measurable coaching experience. The PR6 provides a clear snapshot of how individuals respond under pressure, highlighting both strengths and gaps across key resilience domains. Through the Driven App, clients then engage in targeted micro-learning and applied exercises between sessions, embedding new habits and strengthening their ability to perform, adapt and recover under pressure over time.

Resilient Workplaces (Certified)

Richard holds accreditation in the CReW (Certified Resilient Workplace Partner) framework through Hello Driven, enabling him to support leaders and teams in building resilient, high-performing environments. Through this work, he helps organisations strengthen culture, improve team dynamics and develop the collective capability to perform, adapt and recover under pressure. His approach focuses on practical, evidence-based strategies that drive both individual and organisational performance.

Youth Work (Volunteer)

Through his training with the Raise Foundation, Richard has developed the skills to support young people in building confidence, emotional awareness and resilience during key developmental stages. This experience enhances his coaching approach more broadly, reinforcing the importance of trust, connection and practical tools in helping individuals navigate challenge and grow.
