Is this sports psychology?

It’s resilience skill training designed for performance. It can complement sports psychology and existing high performance programs.

How long is a session?

Common formats are 60–90 minutes, or a multi-session progression for stronger carryover into competition.

Will athletes actually use the tools in competition?

Yes—because they’re trained as simple routines and cues that can be used in real time (not just discussed).

Is this only for teams?

No. It works for individuals, leadership groups, coaches, and entire squads. Team delivery is especially powerful because it creates shared language.
