How long is a session?

Most sessions run 45–90 minutes, depending on age group and whether it’s embedded into training.

Is this sport-specific?

The skills apply to any sport. We tailor examples and scenarios to your sport (e.g., basketball runs, football momentum swings, netball pressure shots).

Is it suitable for younger athletes?

Yes. Content is adapted to developmental level—simple cues and routines for younger teams, more advanced techniques for older squads. We suggest younger athletes from 12 years old upward.

Can coaches be involved?

Highly recommended. When coaches use the same cues (e.g., reset, next moment, calm breathing), athletes adopt the habits faster.
